le puoi caricare su Tinypic, e poi prendi il link che inizia con [IMG] e lo incolli qui ^^

se invece le hai gią da qualche parte on line, basta che prendi il link (facendo: proprietą - url sull'immagine) lo copi e lo incolli tra questo codice
